30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• All original accessories and packaging must be included
• Item must not be damaged by misuse

How to Return

1. Email us at support@frostelleglow.com with your order number
2. We will provide a return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely and drop it at any carrier location
4. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or opened beyond inspection
• Items purchased during final sale promotions

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will ship a replacement at no charge.
